Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Which is why we offer free returns on all items. Simply post the item back within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or exchange on the purchase price of your item. We always try to be extremely fair and will work with you to achieve a solution. Bottom line, we want you happy!

Return Instructions
If there is a problem with your item, please get in touch with us at returns@winestash.com.au. Please provide a brief description of the problem and a photo if applicable. We will get back to you and work with you to achieve a beneficial solution.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is decided upon, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method. Please note that shipping costs are usually non-refundable. Please also note that with the exception for items which have gone missing in transit, we require the items to be returned to us prior to a refund bring issued.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you do happen to receive a defective or damaged item; it wasn't us we promise. Send us a quick email at hello@winestash.com.au and we'll take care of the rest.
