Our payment provider only allows us to capture funds within seven days of you placing your order – otherwise we have to cancel your order, re-enter it and contact you for your credit card information again. We’d prefer to charge you at time of shipment, but we do so when you place your order to prevent future inconvenience.

We apologies for the delay in your order. All of our wine racks are made by hand and depending on demand, our lead times may unexpectedly increase.
Rest assured that we haven't forgotten about your order. You will receive a seperate 'Shipping Confirmation' email as soon as your order has been dispatched with Australia Post.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
We also cannot remove items from an existing order after shipment. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
All payments made at Wine Stash are sent via secure SSL encryptions. We take security very seriously and never see any credit card details.
Please contact the Wine Stash customer service team here. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 2:30pm EST. We cannot cancel orders for you on Saturday or Sunday.
If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
Not all items will be available for In-Store Pickup. Inventory levels at Stores can vary from time to time. Please contact Wine Stash to confirm availability.
No - there is no additional fee for In-Store Pickup.
Let a store associate know you are picking up an order and they will be happy to assist! Simply provide your Confirmation Number and we will take care of the rest.
You'll receive a Confirmation Email once your order is ready for pickup. Note that pickup windows close 1 hour prior to Store closure.
Once ready for pickup, your order will be held at the store for 30 days. If it isn't picked up within that time frame, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

With the exception of Pre-Orders. All items are shipped same/next day with a range of couriers. We also have a range of express and international postage options available which will be displayed at checkout.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be taken to your nearest post office where you can collect it at a time of your choosing. Alternatively, you can arrange for your order to be left at your premises.

All wine racks in our Premium Collection have the option of being delivered Un-Assembled or Pre-Assembled. The assembly time will vary depending on the size of the wine rack and the only required tool is a rubber mallet.
Everything else including assembly instructions are included.
Assembly can become quite difficult, especially in the later stages and we do recommend the Pre-Assembled wine racks if you do not feel confident.
Unfortunately not. We have designed our Wine Racks to be strong enough to last a lifetime of use. We achieve this through using fixed metal frames which make it difficult to assemble these wine racks to any other shape.
The Wine Racks however can be cut down into your desired shape. We usually recommend a set of Snips or Angle Grinder to complete this.
Each of our wine racks can comfortably accommodate bottles up to 94mm in diameter. Most Champagne Bottles (such as Moet & Piper) fit without a problem.
Any unusually large bottles may not fit.
All of our wine racks are made from sustainably sourced 100% FSC certified timber.
Our Natural Finish is a raw pine.
Our Black Onyx and Dark Mahogany Finishes are a stained pine.
Our Rustic Finish is a hardwood timber.
The Walnut is sourced from American Walnut Plantations.
All of our wine cubes are made from sustainably sourced pine. They are delivered un-treated and can be stained/varnished very easily to any colour.
The thickness of the timber in our wine cubes is 15.5mm thick.
Yes, each of our wine cubes and lattice cubes are designed to be stacked together in any configuration.
We currently offer free returns within 100 days on most items:
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 100 days of receipt.
If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to Wine Stash directly.

Returns by Mail:
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be received. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within 60 business days.
If you return your items after 100 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
The Digital Gift Card is delivered via email to the buyer immediately after purchase with instructions on how to redeem the gift amount at checkout. The buyer will need to forward the email to the recipient or print it out to gift it in person.
At checkout, click “Enter a Gift Card or discount code,” type your Gift Card code into the empty field and select “Apply.”
