The quality and design of the product I received does not match the pictures. What was shipped is of lesser quality. I checked Wine Stash’s website which also shows the same pictures as on Amazon. The box shows the same pic as online, but the instructions and actual pieces in the box are different. After reaching out to the seller, they provided support, so should be ok now.

After reading the terrible reviews and no communication I thought I'd lost my money. Then I was surprised to get a tracking email and my rack arrived promptly. Perfect, just a little difficult to put together as others have said but that's because I didn't read the instructions properly. All good now and looks great, thankyou
